The 5th Annual Beekman St Art Fair is set for Sunday June 11, 2017 from 10 am till 5 pm. Over 50 juried fine artists and craft artists will set up individual tents on Beekman, which will be closed to traffic from Grand Ave to West Circular. Enjoy musical performances under the big tent on Ash Street, a Children’s Art Park at the corner of Beekman and Oak, strolling street performers, and gourmet food trucks. Stop in to see the new shops and galleries on Beekman. Sample show specials and ‘after the fair’ entertainment at the restaurants and clubs in the neighborhood. Make a day of it and join us rain or shine for a fun and inspiring day on Beekman Street!

The Arts District on Beekman, Inc is seeking artists and artisans to participate in a one-day street fair on Beekman Street in the Saratoga Arts District on Sunday, June 11, 2017.  This event is heavily promoted and marketed to a wide range of local and northeast region art patrons.
 Each exhibitor will be assigned a 10 x 10 space along the western side of Beekman Street. The event is held rain or shine; white display tents are strongly recommended in case of inclement weather and to keep the look of the show unified.  This family-friendly event will also feature performances under the big tent on Ash and Beekman, roaming street performers, and specialty food trucks.  Our previous events on Beekman have been very successful- artists report strong sales, knowledgeable patrons, and good follow-up sales and contacts. We are hoping to build on this event each year, making it the kick-off art event of the summer season in Saratoga. Thank you for your interest in being a part of it!
Accepted Applicants: Artists who received an acceptance letter are required to submit their booth payment. The booth fee is $45 if paid by Feb 15 and increases to $55 starting March 20.
Previous Exhibitors: Artists who participated in any of the last 4 fairs (2012- 2016) are jury exempt and invited to participate. If you are a previous exhibitor and wish to reserve a space for 2017, please submit your application and non-refundable booth fee of $45 by December 30, 2016.  Booth fees will increase to $55 starting January 1, 2017.
New Applicants: Artists who have not exhibited with us before are asked to submit the registration form and send 3-4 digital images of your current work and 1 image of your booth by email to [email protected] with “BSAF 2017” on the subject line, or by CD to PO Box 162, Saratoga Springs NY 12866. All submitted work will be juried by early Feb. Accepted artists will be notified by email with booth fee of $45 due by Feb 15. Booth fees will increase to $55 starting Feb 16.
